Winter
From the front door to the gondola in a few minutes: The Diedamskopf is located directly above Schoppernau and is one of the most snow-sure mountains in the Bregenzerwald.
Overview
The Diedamskopf is the local mountain of Schoppernau. You can reach the valley station from our apartment in 15 minutes on foot, and in winter the ski bus also departs from the Schoppernau Oberdorf stop.
At the top, a panorama awaits you that extends far beyond the Bregenzerwald on clear days. The slopes are wide and sunny, and the crowd remains manageable even on weekends. Those wanting to venture off the groomed slopes will find one of Vorarlberg's most famous freeride areas at Diedamskopf.
For families, the mountain is relaxed: short paths, clear slopes, and a sun terrace where you can meet in between. You can rent skis and shoes directly at the valley station.
